New Delhi, June 24: An official from the Lok Sabha Speaker’s office has clarified that Somnath Chatterjee does not head the Asiatic Society as mentioned in the complaint of Mukul Roy against him to the President of India.

This part of Roy’s complaint was used in the report ‘Profit query on 7 MPs’ that appeared on June 23 on Page 7. This, the Speaker’s office clarified, is incorrect.
