Diego to play English side

London: Diego Maradona is going to play against a team from England for the first time since his famous ‘Hand of God’ goal helped Argentina beat the English in the 1986 World Cup quarter finals.

He is going to play in a charity game for Soccer Aid on Saturday against a team that includes Bryan Robson, the England captain in ’86, Paul Gascoigne, John Barnes, Tony Adams and David Seaman.

Maradona’s team will be coached Ruud Gullit and includes Marcel Desailly, David Ginola, Peter Schmeichel and race car driver Eddie Irvine.
