Sunstar IPO gets Sebi nod

Sunstar Overseas Ltd has obtained the Sebi approval to enter the capital market with an initial public offering through a 100 per cent book-built issue. The offer consists of 56 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, out of which 2.8 lakh will be reserved for permanent employees on a competitive basis. The issue would constitute 34.96 per cent of the fully-diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.

Saksoft profit

Saksoft Ltd has registered a profit after tax of Rs 2.32 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, against Rs 29.32 lakh for the same period in 2004-05. The company has recommended a 15 per cent dividend subject to shareholders? approval.

Altos model

Altos Advisory Services Ltd has introduced a flat-fee based discount brokerage model in online commodity trading on stock exchanges. The company will charge customers a flat monthly fee of Rs 499 per exchange.

Intellvision Software Ltd?s profit after tax was recorded at Rs 3 crore for the year ended March 31, against Rs 7 lakh in the previous year. The company?s income stood at Rs 16.87 crore, against Rs 5.33 crore in 2004-05.

VVF launch
