Sunstar IPO gets Sebi nod
Sunstar Overseas Ltd has obtained the Sebi approval to enter the capital market with an initial public offering through a 100 per cent book-built issue. The offer consists of 56 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, out of which 2.8 lakh will be reserved for permanent employees on a competitive basis. The issue would constitute 34.96 per cent of the fully-diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
