BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, RANCHI

SUBJECT: An entrance test to be held at Ranchi and Calcutta (in eastern India) on June 18, 2006, for admission to postgraduate diploma/ MSc in bioinformatics at main campus at Mesra and BIT Extension Centres at Calcutta and Jaipur.

ELIGIBILITY: Graduate in any branch of science, agriculture, veterinary science, pharmacy, engineering or medicine from any recognised university with a minimum of 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ST candidates). Candidates appearing in the final exams may also apply.
