Secretary of the Greater Cooch Behar People’s Association Bangshibadan Barman (right) talks to reporters at his residence in Jarabari. The association on Tuesday officially withdrew its indefinite hunger strike scheduled for May 5 to protest against the Assembly elections in the district, which the outfit alleges is illegal.
