Calcutta, April 25: Calcutta High Court today ruled that the process adopted by the army and the Centre while rejecting the candidature of Major General Arun Roye, GOC, Bengal area, for the rank of lieutenant general, was “faulty and improper”. The court asked the army and the Centre to convene a meeting by April 29 to reconsider the issue.
