Patna, April 19 (PTI): An IPS officer accused of sexual exploitation by the daughter of a former police officer today filed a criminal writ petition in the high court seeking security from the Ranbir Sena.

Amitabh Das, currently posted as commandant of a Bihar Military Police battalion in Jamui, has apprehended threat to his life from the sena, against which he had launched an offensive while serving as superintendent of police in Arwal district.

The officer also alleged that the sena was using the woman as a ?pawn? in the ?plot? against him.
