Jamshedpur, April 12: Frankfinn, a premier institute of airhostess training in the country, inaugurated its unit in the city today.
This first ever airhostess training institute in the state, is to be soon followed by centres at Ranchi, Dhanbad and Bokaro. This centre, with its sprawling infrastructure, will commence its one year training classes in June, the enrolment for which starts in a week?s time.
Speaking about the expansion plans, the company chairman K.S. Kohli said they are gearing up to launch five centres across the country in the next couple of months.
?We are planning to open around 70 centres in the country by the end of this month, followed by training centres in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Johannesburg, Kathmandu and Muscat. This is our 61st centre,? said Kohli.
Revealing the objective, the managing director, Rakesh Agarwal, said: ?All our centres have a fair representation from Jamshedpur. So we thought of touching base here as there is no dearth of talent, the only thing missing was a proper channel to groom their skills,? said Agarwal, who is a city boy.
Speaking about the investment, he said a sum of Rs 1 crore has been utilised in setting up this institute.
