Guwahati, March 15: The Asom Gana Parishad (Pragatisheel) and the Assam United Democratic Front today released another list of candidates for the Assembly polls.

The AGP (P) announced another 16 names, including those of former MLAs Himanta Kalita from Titabor, Mahendra Mohan Roy Choudhury from Kalaigaon and Diganta Goswami from Guwahati East. It will extend support to sitting Independent MLA Jiten Gogoi at Bokakhat.

The AUDF announced another list of 24 candidates. Assam Olympic Association joint secretary Omar Rashid was given party ticket from Kamalpur constituency.
