We recruit management trainees from Jadavpur University (JU), IIT Kharagpur, Institute of Business Management, JU, Sikkim Manipal University and other private B-schools.

Mid-career recruitment

We practise mid-career recruitment for professionals who have experience and specialisation in core sectors for our own company as well as for our clients. For this, we advertise in newspapers, use our contacts and appoint consultants.

Terms

We have a six-month probation period, but for the mid-management level it's one to three months. The retirement age is 55 years.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in Calcutta, New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai. Employees are transferred if required, or they have to travel from time to time.
