Jamshedpur, Feb. 9: Domicile and reservation look set to make a comeback with former MP and chief convener of the Adivasi Adhikar Morcha Salkhan Murmu declaring that the two issues, which had rocked the state in 2002, would be taken up on a war-footing, reports our correspondent.
Addressing a news conference, Murmu said progress could be achieved only if a proper domicile policy is formulated for the state.
He blamed the government for failing to hold the rural polls and criticised Union coal minister Shibu Soren for ?choosing to ignore tribal issues? in his fight for Jharkhand.
