Jail shift nod

Mumbai, Jan. 10: Deputy chief minister R.R. Patil today said Abu Salem may be moved out of Mumbai as his security could be under threat.

Yesterday, Mumbai’s jail authorities had told the designated Tada court that the Arthur Road prison, which houses many of his rival gangsters and Dawood Ibrahim’s aides, was unsafe for the extradited don.
