Mid-career recruitment

We do recruit experienced professionals in accounts, finance, operations, maintenance, marketing, etc. Apart from using our contacts, we seek the help of consultants to recruit specialists and professionals required for any particular job.

Postings/ transfers

Our main manufacturing units are located in Rourkela, Jamshedpur and Durgapur and our corporate office is in Calcutta. Our marketing-sales and PR offices are located in New Delhi and Mumbai. Our employees are posted in different locations based on requirements.

We offer best terms of employment in the steel sector.

The retirement age is 58 years. We have contractual system of employment in certain areas.
