Tots at their best

Tots of Oxford Public School captivated audiences by presenting an enthralling performance on the occasion of Parent?s Day.

The little ones presented a glimpse into the myriad cultures of India and celebrated different festivals of our country. The cultural programme also included a Rajasthani dance performed by children dressed in colourful traditional attires. The programme concluded with the National Anthem.

Quiz competition

An inter-house quiz was organised at DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali. The competition based on different subjects was divided into various rounds such as literature, sports, history, science and technology, audio-visual and chemical sciences.

Participants were asked questions like where is the silent valley located in India? and Which Indian leader did Gandhiji accept as his political guru?

Exhibition

A four-day science exhibition was held in the state capital recently. Budding scientists from various city schools took part in the exhibition and showcased their scientific knowledge and talent.

School students also demonstrated various advancements in the field of science and displayed hand made models of various devises such as the anti-theft laser, alarm clocks and many such models that they had made.
