New Delhi, Nov. 30: Avaya GlobalConnect has launched an Internet protocol office for small and medium enterprises.

The product will offer a complete conferencing, messaging and contact centre suite of solutions for the SMEs to enable them to boost productivity, enhance customer efficiency and reduce costs.
