?Radha?visits Puri temple

Bhubaneswar, Nov 27: The Uttar Pradesh inspector-general of police (IGP), Debendra Kumar Panda, at the centre of a controversy for dressing up like a woman and describing himself as doosri Radha, today said he would dedicate rest of his life to Krishna and propagate his miracles in Orissa.

Panda, clad in yellow and red, arrived in Bhubaneswar by Neelachal Express this afternoon. Though, he was supposed to go to Puri by the same train, he got down at Bhubaneswar to meet his family members. At Cuttack, he told reporters that whateverhe was doing was at the behest of Krishna. ?I am not doing anything. It?s his act. I am only a medium. Krishna has unlimited blessings for me. He has given me various divine experiences. He showed up in my dreams and blessed me sada suhaagin raho,?said Panda, who has been frequenting Puri for last few years.

The IGP (Rules and Manual), who is set to marry Krishna tomorrow in Puri, said he sees Krishna in Jagannath.

The police officer, who had left his home recently following a scuffle with his wife, was mobbed by people at all halts. Panda, who has raised the hackles of his colleagues by dressing up like a woman, has sought voluntary retirement, a few months ahead of his actual retiirement. Panda visited the Jagannath temple this evening.
