Surprise role

William Carroll, director of Salman Khan starrer Marigold, has cast our favourite compulsive undresser in his forthcoming project, a Wizard of Oz remake aimed at teenagers. Khan is rumoured to be playing one of Dorothy’s companions on the yellow brick road ? I wonder which one? He’s too big to play the scarecrow, though the no-brains factor would make excellent casting, so I’m guessing it would be the woodsman (in silver paint instead of a muscle-covering costume, no doubt) or the cowardly lion (in a false beard and tail). I’d have preferred to see him as a Munchkin, though. Or a flying monkey.

In the name of Gandhi

Mahatma Gandhi is clearly a hot favourite in Hollywood right now. Jennifer Aniston is recovering from her world-famous break-up with his help ? to showcase her new evolved mind-space, she’s wearing T-shirts with Gandhi quotes.
