New Delhi, Sept. 22: The construction of a women’s polytechnic, a women’s hostel and a residential complex became uncertain with the Supreme Court today staying all construction activities in the Chandernagore municipal area.

The municipality was told to approach the government with the project report and apply to the pollution control board for a clearance.
