Tropical escape

Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa has unveiled Tropical Escape, a three-night holiday offer valid for all arrivals in October. The offer includes accommodation in Indo-Portuguese style pousadas, airport to resort transfers and breakfast at the Village Plaza. You can also get a food and beverage credit of Rs 5,000. All this for Rs 26,000 for a park room, Rs 28,000 for a park deluxe room, Rs 32,000 for a sea view deluxe room and Rs 55,000 for a park suite.

Chola Midcap Fund has declared a 20 per cent dividend, the record date being September 19. UTI Banking Sector Fund has declared a dividend of 25 per cent and the record date is September 22. Principal Dividend Yield Fund has declared October 3 as the record date for dividend declaration, while JM Equity and Derivative Fund has declared record dates for the dividend distribution during 2005-06 on September 28, December 28 and March 29.

Dividend yield

ING Vysya Mutual Fund has launched a dividend yield fund. It is an open-ended equity fund, which will invest in a portfolio of high dividend yield stocks. The minimum investment is Rs 5,000 and the fund offer will remain open till October 6. Though there is no entry load during the offer period, there will be an exit load.
