Sarabjit Singh is clearly a victim of the tension between India and Pakistan. He is not a RAW agent. A person who has been imprisoned for 15 years should be released.

yes. The Prime Minister of India thinks that Sarabjit's release would strengthen Indo-Pak friendship. On the other hand, Pakistan looks upon it as a unique opportunity to get back Abdul Fazl in exchange for Singh. Justice has been choked to death by politics.
