Calcutta, Aug. 25: Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is expected to brief his cabinet on Tuesday about his talks with the Salim Group in Indonesia on setting up a special economic zone, a township and other projects in South 24-Parganas and Howrah.

Sources in the chief minister’s office said he would place the group’s possible ventures in the state in proper perspective before the ministers belonging to various Left Front constituents. He is expected to meet state CPM secretary Anil Biswas during this weekend.
