Calcutta: CAB XI managed to avoid defeat against KSCA XI, finishing at 198 for six in reply to the hosts’ 440 for nine. The two-day game of the KSCA-organised all-India meet in Bangalore thus ended in a draw.

According to information received here, both teams qualified for the quarter finals.

For CAB XI, Arindam Das score 72 while captain Deep Dasgupta, who scored a century in the last match, managed 21. The visitors rested Ranadeb Bose in this match.
