| Anirban Sen, 22, knew his electronics and communications engineering degree from Anna University wouldn’t get him a software job easily. Instead of running from pillar to post for one, he enrolled at a software “finishing school” for a high-end course that would grab the attention of employers. The course fees burned a hole in his parents’ pockets but he walked out with a job. So did several of his classmates at the finishing school.
