Morena (Madhya Pradesh), July 26 (PTI): Sixty-year-old Vijaylaxmi was pushed out of the Hyderabad-Delhi Southern Express last night when she resisted chain-snatchers.

Both her legs were sliced under the wheels of the moving train near Sakha station, 10 km from here, police said today.

Vijaylaxmi was found unconscious by railway officials and taken to a hospital in Gwalior.

Other passengers were unaware of the incident, which happened near the toilet, and the culprits fled. Railway police have registered a case.
