Ranchi, June 19: The second national conference on ?Right to employment? concluded here today with the house demanding that employment guarantee should be extended to urban areas too.

The house also resolved to continue the people?s movement for employment guarantee till the Employment Guarantee Act includes all the proposals made by the people.

Significantly, the house also demanded that exploitation of natural resources be streamlined to prevent misuse of natural resources.

They also expressed concern over the fact that that in Bihar and Jharkhand the implementation of food for work was marred by corruption.
