Recruitment policy for management trainees

We have institutionalised a school and university wing that contacts institutes like the top B-schools, PG colleges like IRMA, as well as leading high schools and colleges. We are targeting the 2005-06 batch of management graduates. We intend to visit select campuses across the country.

Mid-career recruitment

Dependent largely on employee referrals. We have also looked at top recruitment consultants globally as well as local consultants.

Postings/ transfers

Our corporate HQ is in Mumbai. We have a branch each in Mumbai and Delhi and are expanding our retail banking network by opening 28 new branches in cities like Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune, Nashik and Srinagar.
