Reading Film, a film appreciation course for youth, presented by The Seagull Foundation for the Arts at Seagull Arts and Media Resource Centre, 2 pm to 6 pm. Participation by registration only.

A youth training camp to be inaugurated at Beleghata Deshabandhu High School, 5.45 pm.

On stage

An evening on the works of Jibanananda Das at Bangla Akademi auditorium, 6.30 pm. A presentation on ?Doing business with Ethiopia? at Merchants? Chamber of Commerce, 3.30 pm.

An exhibition of Santhal durries and home furnishing at Artisana, 13 Chowringhee Terrace, 11 am to 7 pm.

Seminar

The Indo-German Free Thinkers? Seminar at Gorky Sadan, 5.30 pm.

Workshop

Doll-making workshop at Landmark, organised by Anandamela Club, 10.30 am to 11.30 am. Workshop on making jewellery with beads, as part of a children?s fest at Crossword, 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm.

Summer exhibition, featuring works by eminent artists, at CIMA Gallery, 2 pm to 7 pm.
