Recruitment policy for management trainees

Since we are empanelled with various MNCs, we meet their manpower requirements on latest networking technologies like (CCNA/MCSE etc.). Postgraduates/graduates with technical knowledge in IT are given project-based training depending on the profile and then placed with their channel partners.

Mid-career recruitment

Our associates often require people for their offshore/ on-site projects for longer duration and the suitable trainee is often chosen during the training period.

Terms

On successful completion of project training, the students may opt to join either us or our MNC associates/IT service centres.

Postings/transfers

At present we have two offices in Calcutta but our associates have offices all over India and abroad. Employees under our associates can be posted/transferred as and when needed.
