Tarazan High School on Tuesday beat Lakshmi Union School by six wickets, while Railway High School, Jorhat, drubbed Srimonta Sankardev Academy, Gayangaon, by 39 runs in the JDSA-organised Bhabani Prasad Baruah trophy cricket meet at Jorhat Stadium.

Guwahati:
Don Bosco School set up a quarterfinal clash with Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khanapara by crushing Maharshi Vidya Mandir, Rajgarh, by 211 runs in the first Dinendra Nath Gohain all-Guwahati inter-school (under-14) prizemoney cricket tournament at Dispur Parade Ground on Tuesday.
