It is priced at Rs 17,000 for a Park room, Rs 19,000 for a Park Deluxe room, Rs 21,000 for a sea-view room and Rs 23,000 for a sea-view deluxe room on single and double occupancy. The offer is valid between May 20 and September 30.

Rich blend

Pru ICICI Mutual Fund has launched Pru ICICI Blended Plan, an open-ended fund which will invest in a blend of equity, derivative, debt and money market instruments. The fund offers two plans with different asset allocations. The scheme has a minimum investment requirement of Rs 5000. There is no entry load during the initial offer period. However, an exit load of 0.50 per cent will be applicable if someone wants to exit within 30 days from the date of allotment. The initial offer closes on May 18.
