Brad Pitt: Closer to love?

London, May 10 (AFP): Hollywood love god Brad Pitt plans to move to Britain to be closer to rumoured lover Angelina Jolie and wants to star in a gangster movie here, a tabloid reported today.

Pitt, 41, who split earlier this year from wife Jennifer Aniston, is looking for a ?5-million London home, Britain’s top-selling daily the Sun said, citing anonymous sources.

?He has told estate agents to find a pad around west London, handy for the Buckinghamshire mansion where Jolie lives with adopted son Maddox,? it said.

The move would coincide with one of the actor’s ambitions to shoot a film about a real-life raid on the capital’s Millennium dome landmark in 2000, when police foiled a plot to steal 12 De Beers diamonds. ?Brad wants this film very much and it will help him spend time with his lover,? the Sun quoted an unnamed ‘pal’ as saying.

Last month, Pitt and Jolie, 29, paid a highly-private visit to an exclusive Kenyan beach resort amid rumours that the pair are a romantic item.
