New Delhi, May 4: The Centre today announced it was introducing a bill in Parliament to check proliferation and pilferage of material that can be used to make weapons of mass destruction. The decision will also help India get better access to technologies that can be put to both civilian and military use.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction and Their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Bill 2005 will be introduced in the current session.
