Recruitment policy for management trainees

We take both fresh graduates as well as experienced people. We attract prospective management trainees from various management institutes either through campus interviews or through other contacts.

Mid-career recruitment

For senior levels, we select people based on their prior experience. While recruiting senior employees we look for stability and longetivity in their previous jobs. Mostly people are recruited through consultants, though sometimes we also advertise in newspapers.

Terms

We do not have any concept of a contractual system. All employees work with us on a full-time basis (except for trainees). Retirement age is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

Employees are mainly posted in Calcutta. We also have a branch office at Mumbai where posting and transfers happen from time to time.
