New Delhi, April 9: Maruti today launched an upgraded version of the Omni, its popular multi-utility vehicle.

Coming in new colours of crystal gold, icy blue, bright red and caribbean blue, the Omni will sport a price tag of Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). These colours are in addition to the existing silky silver and superior white.

?The exterior has a new look, the interiors are more attractive and functionally more useful, while the technology is superior,? Maruti said.

Senior officials said the new Omni was based on customer feedback and therefore will enhance its popularity.
