Spandan presents the second production of Rangakarmee?s three-part series on Urdu writer Saadat Hasan Manto. Sarhad Paar... has been scripted, narrated and directed by Usha Ganguli combining two of Manto?s stories ? Khol Do and Toba Tek Singh.

Both tales harp on the turmoil, torture and torment the Partition had brought in its wake.

Proscenium presents the English-Hindi bilingual production to be directed by Sheo Kumar Jhunjhunwala. The original play by Vijay Tendulkar is based on the real-life experiences of an Indian journalist who had exposed the existence of slave trade of women in India two decades ago.
