Aji, Prasar Bharati win
Guwahati: Aji and Prasar Bharati registered huge victories over Visual Media and Natun Din respectively on Thursday in the seventh Gauhati Press Club inter-media cricket championship at Latasil playground here.
Aji won by nine wickets, while Prasar Bharati clinched a 127-run victory. Prag News will play Sentinel and Doordarshan Kendra meet Dainik Batori in the two matches on Friday.

Guwahati: Former state basketball player Sabnam Sultana Ahmed passed away at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital here on Thursday.
A physical instructor in the directorate of sports, Ahmed, represented the state in junior and senior national tournaments.
