Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees through campus recruitment, employee referrals. We also advertise in newspapers or seek good recruiters.

Mid-career recruitment

We hire experienced people via news paper advertisements and contacts.

Terms

We employ personnel on our payroll as well as outsource depending on the requirement. We have a six-month probation period. All benefits like PF, ESI, etc are provided to full-time employees. Our retirement age is 60 years. We also hire on contract.

Postings/ transfers

Mumbai is our head office, with the zonal offices located at Calcutta, Delhi and Bangalore respectively. We do not transfer from one group to the other, but employees are transferred from one place to another within the same group.
