New Delhi, Jan. 25: AirTel today launched an innovative value-added service that would allow companies to report their financial results through mobile phones.

As part of the initiative, the third quarter results of Bharti Tele-Ventures, to be announced on Thursday, would be made available to AirTel mobile customers, nationally. As part of the service, AirTel mobile customers on dialing 2255 can hear Bharti CMD Sunil Bharti Mittal and joint managing director Akhil Gupta speak about the financial results of the company.

The service would be made available after the results are sent to the stock exchange. In addition, AirTel customers would also have the option to receive the financial highlights of the third-quarter results of the company through the short message service (SMS).
