But that apart, he's always out to scare the whatever out of whoever is around. We heard how he did that to Rituparno Ghosh by setting a cat on him knowing he's damn terrified of cats. But, more recently, he had machoman Vivek surviving a near heart attack. Vivek had received some crackers from his lady love Aishwarya while shooting for Kaal in the wilderness of Jim Corbett National Park. The generous Vivek sent some to Ajay. Ajay the cool cat simply took a rocket, called out to Vivek and set the rocket charging in his direction. You ought to be very careful with this lit-up dude around.

Tabu is keen on making a comeback (she had no film for quite a while) and was making her presence felt in all the filmy social dos. Seeing her keen on a comeback Shadab Khan, Amjad Khan's son, signed her for his directorial debut. But Tabu has this habit of suddenly taking off, and she kept the poor guy hanging. His first directorial venture and a missing leading lady was the last thing Shadab could swallow. He tried calling Tabu on her mobile but no reply, no sms, no nothing. The director-to-be is too upset by this act of arrogance. But what the heck, he should do what the others have done. Just look for someone else. We mean, there are so many other out-of-work 'stars' who wouldn't spend time looking down their nose too.

Doctor keeps papaya away from Soha!

We did tell you first that Soha Ali Khan in her first film, Iti Srikanta, braved a lot of discomfort trying to get into the simple character of Kamallata. But that she was a stickler about her diet, and had a fetish for imported papaya, the red ones, and would not compromise on that. So everyday her fruits were brought from the city to the remote corner of Bolpur where she was shooting. But too much of anything does take its toll. And lately Soha has noticed herself turning a bright red in the face. This rush of colour, she soon discovered, was not so much owing to all the excitement in her life. To her utter dismay, she found that it was because of all the red papaya she had been gorging on. Her face was changing colour to a papaya-orange and there was nothing she could do about it. Her doc advised her to stay off papaya as much as possible. So, that's that.
