The first named was far too good for his companions.

1,400m: Raging Tide (C. Alford) in 1-54s; (400m) 29s.A three-year-old. 600m: Star Emblem (Yadav), Moon Emperor (Akhtar) and Star Angel (Gajender) in 47s;(400m) 32s. A distance separated each. Secret Prospector (Gajender) and Amazing Career (Akthar) in 43s; (400m) 29s. They were level.
