Calcutta: Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Uttar Pradesh have been scratched off from the ongoing under-15 Polly Umrigar Trophy for fielding overaged players.

Medical reports of all the players, against whom protests were lodged, were done Wednesday and all four concerned teams were found guilty.

With two of the semi-finalists ? Orissa and Andhra Pradesh ? getting disqualified, Delhi and Tamil Nadu will lock horns directly in the three-day final which begins on Saturday at the Jadavpur University?s Salt Lake Campus ground.

Meanwhile, in an under-15 inter-school meet organised by SLOBA, Lycee and Laxmipat Singhania Academy were scratched from the meet after both the schools fielded overaged players, according to a media release from SLOBA.
