Calcutta: Indian Football Association, in a meeting on Tuesday decided to form a talent scout cell and a legal cell.

While the scouts will look for talented players from different areas, the legal cell will look into IFA?s legal matters via-a-vis the clubs. Meanwhile, the National Football League is expected to shift further back and may now start in January next year.
