Tollygunge Club will host the Eastern region final of the 3rd McDowell Signature Club golf championship on November 21, according to a press release. The final of the tournament will be held in Sri Lanka?s Victoria Country and Club Resorts on December 12.

Deb Kumar Sasmal scored twice as Howrah DSA trounced Bankura DSA 6-0 in the inter-district football meet on Wednesday. Sanjib Santra added a brace, while Sanjib Mishra and Bishwarup Bishu scored one each.

Bengal?s Aneesha Mehta won the ladies singles crown in the 2nd national darts championships held in Pune from October 1 to 3, according to information received on Wednesday. She beat statemate Amrita Raha 2-0.
