Agarkar included

Mumbai: Medium-pacer Santosh Shinde has replaced injured pace bowler Munaf Patel in the Mumbai squad which will take on the visiting Australian team in a three-day tour match commencing at the Brabourne Stadium here Thursday.

Mumbai have been strengthened with the inclusion of Ajit Agarkar. The allrounder was not available to play for the Ranji Trophy champions in the Irani Cup clash against Rest of India in Mohali.

In another change to the Ranji Trophy champions' ranks, who lost to Rest of India by a big margin in the Irani Trophy tie in Mohali, Rohit Sharma has been drafted into the squad in place of Onkar Khanwilkar, according to Mumbai Cricket Association joint secretary Ratnakar Shetty.

Asked whether Sachin Tendulkar, afflicted by tennis elbow, would be playing the match, Shetty said: 'I don't know as yet.'
