Calcutta: The RCTC on Thursday owned up responsibility for lapses which led to public protests following the running of Flower Dust Handicap on Wednesday. Boman Parakh, secretary, RCTC, informed through a press release that the unfortunate episode was caused by the act of God and also one or two lapses which he reiterated would never occur again.
