He will pay a tribute at the base of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s statue, 11 am. prayer meeting at Barrackpore Gandhighat, organised by the state government, will be attended by governor Viren J. Shah, 8.30 am. enior citizens will render patriotic songs and recitations at Indian Association of Retired Persons, 10.30 am. march past by an RPF contingent, civil defence personnel, Bharat Scouts & Guides, St John Ambulance staff and school children at South Eastern Railway headquarters in Garden Reach, 7.30 am. fun quiz on India will be organised at GD Birla Sabhagar, 5 pm.
