Nicolas Cage: Third-time lucky?

Los Angeles, July 31 (AFP): Oscar-winning US actor Nicolas Cage has married his former Sushi waitress girlfriend, Alice Kim, just two months after finalising his divorce from Lisa Marie Presley, reports say.

The Hollywood star tied the knot with the 20-year-old Korean-American, who he met five months ago when she served him in a Los Angeles restaurant, at a private ceremony in northern California yesterday, the entertainment press said.

E-online and other industry publications quoted Cage’s spokeswoman as confirming the marriage — Cage’s third union and Kim’s first — took place on a ranch far from the spotlights of Hollywood.

Cage’s ill-fated marriage to Elvis Presley’s daughter finally ended in May after their romantic August 2002 wedding in Hawaii.

The 40-year-old actor, the nephew of legendary filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola who won the best actor Oscar for 1995’s Leaving Las Vegas, was also married to actress Patricia Arquette from 1995 to 2001.
