Jalpaiguri, June 25: The Institute of Plantation, Agricultural and Rural Workers organised a seminar at ITPA Hall today on the eve of World Anti-Drugs Day, reports our correspondent.

The speakers focused on factors responsible for consumption of drugs and alcohol and also identified conditions that lead to the spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STD). They said the institute would start a survey to identify, treat and rehabilitate drug addicts and people suffering from STD.
