MphasiS US listing cleared

New Delhi, June 6: MphasiS BFL has got shareholders’ approval for listing its shares on a US stock exchange as American depository receipts, MphasiS chairman and chief executive officer Jerry Rao said. He said the shareholder approval came more than a fortnight back. “After the approval, we have not taken any further step towards foreign listing,” Rao said.

Trai norms

New Delhi, June 6: The recommendations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) on unified licensing will be out in July as the regulator is working on the inputs and views provided by the stakeholders, sources said.

LG study

New Delhi, June 6: LG is currently doing a feasibility study to explore the possibility of GSM handset manufacturing in India. “There is no plan as of now for manufacturing,” LGEIL product group head (mobile phones) Praveen Valecha.

New Delhi, June 6: Chemicals and fertiliser minister Ram Vilas Paswan has sought a financial package of Rs 609 crore to revive the loss-making Fertiliser and Corporation Travancore (FACT), which was on the divestment list of the NDA government.
