Calcutta: The AIFF, in a letter to the IFA on Thursday, has asked Mohun Bagan to clear Bhaichung Bhutia’s dues amounting to Rs 5 lakh.

Bhaichung had last week written to AIFF secretary Alberto Colaco regarding his dues from the club during the 2002-03 season.

The AIFF has also forwarded Fifa football status committee’s letter to IFA regarding George Ekeh’s dues from the century-old club.

The status committee has ordered the club to pay $6500 immediately to Ekeh, following the footballer’s appeal to Fifa a few months back. Mohun Bagan officials couldn’t be contacted.
